This Refund Policy outlines the terms governing payments made for astrology consultations booked through Cosmic Vedas. By completing a booking and payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out below.
Please review this policy carefully before confirming your consultation booking, as payments are treated as non-refundable except where specifically stated.
All payments made for astrology consultations are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is processed, the consultation fee is considered final, except in the specific circumstances described in Section 5 of this policy.
If you miss your scheduled session without providing prior notice, the consultation fee is forfeited. No refund or credit will be issued for sessions missed without advance communication to our support or booking team.
Rescheduling of a booked consultation is permitted once, provided the request is made at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of the scheduled session time. Requests made within 24 hours of the session, or repeated rescheduling requests, will not be accommodated under this policy.
If a Cosmic Vedas astrologer cancels or reschedules a consultation due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, you will be offered a new suitable time for the session. Alternatively, you may choose to receive a full refund of the consultation fee.
In such cases, the decision between rescheduling to a new time or requesting a full refund rests with you.
