Cancellation Policy

If you book a live astrology reading, consultation session, birth chart consultation, or similar appointment-based service, you may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling, depending on the service purchased.

If you do not attend your scheduled session and do not provide prior notice, the session will be considered completed and no refund will be issued.

Personalized astrology reports, birth chart readings, compatibility reports, yearly forecasts, and other digital products are prepared based on the information provided by the customer.

If you subscribe to a paid astrology membership or annual plan, you may cancel your subscription at any time during your subscription period, or by contacting customer support through the given phone number or email, if you are not satisfied with the services.

However, the amount for PDF reports downloaded during this period will not be refunded, and the amount for consultation minutes already availed will be proportionately deducted from the total subscription amount.

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment
• Technical issue preventing access to a purchased service
• Cancellation made within the permitted cancellation window
• Service not delivered as described

Customers are responsible for providing accurate birth date, birth time, birthplace, contact details, and other required information.

If incorrect information is submitted and the report or reading has already been prepared, a revised report may require an additional fee.

Please include your full name, order number, booking date, and email address used at the time of purchase.

Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We reserve the right to update or modify this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
